Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (5741-1981).
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, email, phone, delivery address and the details of your order.
Your cart and language preference are stored only in your own browser and are sent to us only when you place an order.
How we use it
To process, deliver and invoice your order, to answer your enquiries, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Online payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Who we share it with
Order details are stored in our content system (Sanity). Appointment booking is handled by an external system (1900.co.il). Our location is shown via a Google map that loads only when you open it.
Cookies and consent
By default the site sets only what it needs to work: your cart, your language, and the record of the choice you make in the cookie banner. None of these track you across other sites.
Analytics and marketing cookies are switched off until you turn them on. Each is a separate choice, nothing is pre-selected, and refusing is one click, the same as accepting. At the time of writing neither is in use — no analytics and no advertising pixel are installed.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawing takes effect immediately and is as easy as giving consent, as required by Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will act within the time the law allows.
