Returns & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, or of receiving the transaction details — whichever is later.

To cancel, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp and include your order number.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, hair-care and cosmetic products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return.

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the original payment method.

As permitted by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may apply.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Some items cannot be cancelled under the cancellation regulations, including products made to order and opened products where hygiene is a concern.

Services, courses and master-classes are governed by their own terms.
